TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE LATELA.EU
§1 INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
- The online store available at https://sklep.latela.eu (“Store”) is operated by:
ELŻBIETA FURMAŃCZYK, conducting business under the name
PRACOWNIA PROJEKTOWA LATELA ELŻBIETA FURMAŃCZYK,
registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business (CEIDG),
NIP (Tax ID): 5832526212, REGON: 220095875,
address: ul. Brzozowa 19, 80-297 Rębiechowo, Poland. - These Terms and Conditions are intended for both consumers and entrepreneurs using the Store, unless the provision explicitly states otherwise.

§2 DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Terms:
- Business Day – any day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Consumer – a natural person purchasing goods not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Entrepreneur – a natural or legal person conducting business activity.
- Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent leading to the conclusion of a sales contract.
- Account – a user account enabling storage of order history and faster checkout.
- Product – any item available for purchase in the Store.
- Working Time – hours during which orders are processed and inquiries are handled.

§4 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- To use the Store, you must have:
- a device with internet access,
- an active e-mail address,
- a web browser supporting cookies and JavaScript.
- The Store presents information about products constituting an invitation to submit purchase offers. Prices displayed include all applicable taxes.
§5 USING THE STORE
- Through the Store, Customers can purchase Products available at https://sklep.latela.eu.
- Registration of an Account is optional.
§6 ACCOUNT
- The Customer may create an Account using the registration form.
- Once the Account is created, the Customer may use features such as order history or tracking the status of orders.
- The Customer may request deletion of their Account at any time by contacting the Seller.
§7 PLACING AN ORDER
- Orders can be placed 24/7.
- To place an Order:
- add Products to the cart,
- provide required data,
- choose delivery and payment method,
- click the “Order and Pay” button.
- A contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the Order via e-mail.
§8 PAYMENT METHODS
Available payment methods may include:
- bank transfer,
- online payments through integrated payment systems.
If Products are personalized or made to order, payment may be required upfront after price confirmation.
§9 DELIVERY
- Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
- Delivery methods and timeframes are displayed during checkout.
§10 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CONSUMERS)
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without providing any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:
- receiving the Product,
- or, for multiple shipments, receiving the last part of the Order.
- To exercise this right, the Consumer must provide a statement of withdrawal (template provided below).
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to (among others):
- custom-made or personalized items,
- sealed goods that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons once opened,
- goods that deteriorate quickly.
- The Consumer must return the Product within 14 days of withdrawal.
- The Seller refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the return.
Sample Withdrawal Form (kept in English legal format) is included at the end.
§11 COMPLAINTS – NON-COMPLIANCE OF GOODS WITH THE CONTRACT
- The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the Product with the contract as required by EU consumer law.
- A complaint may be submitted:
- via e-mail: pracownia@latela.pl,
- or in any other form, including verbally.
- The complaint should include:
- Customer’s details,
- description of the issue,
- preferred form of resolution.
- The Seller will respond within 14 days.
- Consumers may request:
- repair or replacement,
- price reduction,
- or termination of the contract (when the defect is significant).
§12 OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers may use:
- EU ODR platform for online dispute resolution,
- local consumer rights offices.
§13 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- The Administrator of personal data is Elżbieta Furmańczyk.
- Personal data is processed for:
- order fulfillment,
- account management,
- communication,
- marketing (where consent is given).
- Customers have the right to:
- access and correct their data,
- request deletion,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing.
- Full Privacy Policy is available in the Store.
§14 FINAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms comply with Polish and EU law.
- The Seller reserves the right to update the Terms, without affecting contracts already concluded.
- In matters not regulated herein, provisions of Polish law shall apply.
